Lee Schwartz has over 30 years of experience in almost every capacity in the Real Estate Industry. From Agent to Owner, Flipper to Full on Development, there isn’t a deal that Lee has not been involved in. He is well versed in every type of Real Estate transaction and to date, has been personally involved in over 1000 transactions.

His principal role in RSK is to procure and negotiate deals on TLC properties.

He’s an avid SUPer, surfer, and runner and spends most of his afternoons chasing after his two year old son. He’s married to a stand up comedian.

Erik Knutson has been involved in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years as an Agent, Owner/Manager, and Flipper.

He has sold over 500 homes as Real Estate Agent, owns and manages several residential and commercial properties and has been successfully acquiring and rehabbing residential properties for profit. To date Erik has successfully flipped over 120 homes.

His role with RSK Investments is that of Project Manager. He oversees all of the construction efforts which includes managing multiple projects, the crew, and the budget.

He’s a father of two and is an avid surfer.
